The Ordre national du Québec has its own flag, officialized in June 2009 by the Canadian Heraldic Authority.

The colours of the flag echo the colours adopted by the Ordre.
Framed on both sides by a reproduction of the ribbon of the Ordre’s insignia, the gold section symbolizes the excellence and outstanding achievements that the Ordre national du Québec honours.
The blue fleur-de-lis, in the centre of the flag, represents the province of Québec.
